This is a new OC of mine.
I was listening to a song called No Title, so that's how her name popped in my head.I was practicing making a transparent background, and I really wanted to get bipolar out of my brain for a bit.
Anyway, hope you like it. She's not that colorful. But I was going for a simple look moreso.
