Bio/Story:
After his defeat by Ben as Waybig, Vilgax followed nearly the same path as Vilgax Prime. With Psyhon's help, he retained most of his body's cybernetic enhancements but removed the boost steroids as they were hindering his mental strengths. Once they were removed he easily conquered 10 worlds and took the abilities, weapons, & powers of each of those world's strongest heroes for himself. After this, he was approached by the other conquerers and warring factions. Rumor even spread of Viilgax being offered a princess's hand in marriage from a warrior race. He eventually destroyed his universes Ben 10 in the Conquerers Challenge but in doing so also destroyed the Omnitrix. Something that haunted his mind for years to come as Azmuth poised a question to the villain shortly after the battle, "Did you destroy the Omnitrix, or did Ben?". He now rules his ever-expanding empire while the Plumbers struggle to keep the peace.

Differences from Vilgax Prime:
1. He is slightly bulkier than Vilgax Prime.
2. His empire continues to expand which allows him to gain more power from the defeated hero of every new world he conquers.
3. He never encountered Dagon nor Sir George as most of Earths population was killed as punishment for attempting to kill Vilgax when he was planetside and because Sir George left with the Temple of Dagon after commissioning Hex to erase all knowledge related to Dagon on Earth, including the knowledge of Sir George himself.
4. Vilgax seeks Azmuth directly for a new Omnitrix, even though his forces nor himself can breach the defenses of Galvan space.
5. Ghostfreak was fully destroyed by Vilgax when the Ectonurite attempted to take over Vilgaxia.
6. He gloats less than Vilgax Prime, thus one reason for his greater success.
7. He doesn't wear the ray gun and belt that Vilgax Prime does. He keeps it and other trophies won from all his Conquerers Challenges in a vault.
8. His crew isn't comprised of just drones and Psyphon.
9. This Vilgax is unaware of Albedo's construction of the Ultimatrix.
10. Power siphoning doesn't work on this Vilgax thanks to his experiences fighting Kevin and Aggregor.
