Hello people of the Underground! This is how i made my beloved Gaster Blaster !But firstly, like my facebook page www.facebook.com/eloise.khalee…
1) Firstly I printed the pattern (the 3D model I used is here fav.me/d9n3egk ) and transferred it on cardboard
2) in this way i made the "skeleton" of the blaster.
3) I covered it in polyurethane spray foam
4) and finally carve the skull.
5) i did the same thing for the jaw, and then:
6) PAPER MACHE!
7) After that i plastered it (ouch, i used a fiberglass reinforced plaster, my hands were on fire )
8) it's time to SPRAY PAINT (in this photo there is also my Mercy cosplay's halo
)9) Added black fabric to cover all the holes and cut the eyes out of cardboard
AAAAND IT'S DONE! i also add a speaker inside in order to play megalovania eeeeeeeverywhere I go

I don't even know if you are still active, but do you happen to have the exact pattern I need to cut out for the Blaster? I am trying but each time I assemble my pieces it wont fit
