I just found you have a youtube channel, it's very nice and helpful!
But I have a question, how you choose when to use paint tool sai and when to use manga studio? I've seen you use both and I'm kind of confused XD

I use manga studio when I'm sketching something and or doing line work. I switch the paint tool sai when I wish to do basic coloring and paint. photoshop occasionally for final touches.

uh it depends on the person. I personally just like the pencil tools of manga studio for lineart. Sai works very well too but it can look too cartoony for my taste sometimes. With cute stuff I tend to use sai for lineart.But there are certainly other artist who use sai for all of their lines.
