Kind of a little mermaid fanart but a bit twisted XD because in my head the transformation from mermaid/fish would be more realistic and gruesome hahaand i failed on the background as always

The face, arm, and breasts need some small adjustments in anatomy, but great concept and execution otherwise! I love the legs bursting free from the fins.
May I also suggest making your character have more movement, she seems a little stiff, especially with her arms and expression. Perhaps having her pulling away, hands to her face in horror at watching her grow legs would give more interest to the picture- or maybe her hands reaching out to her legs.

I love the way her hair is, like, everywhere. I did a double-take when I saw the octopus tentacles in the background (background looks fine by the way). I didn't see them the first time!
