ok so when we got to el salvador we had an enormous amount of clothes...well when we went down the mountain all these people from miles around walked to get clothes from us..it really broke my heart because these clothes were clothes that people in america were willing to throw away but these people were begging for them and to see these homeless children..well it took alot for me not to cry...i do know that i am so grateful now and it really bugs me when i see people here complaining...but i love this picture because it shows that even though they just spent 30 minutes begging for some clothes that when we were done they bowed there heads to pray because no matter what they were still grateful to God for everything, it made my faith so much stronger.....sometimes you just forget......
