Well that and the majority of it is just the head and torso while (for the time being) that is all we have seen of the Lotus in the Warframe Game

From my personal point of view, the girl is ' Clustering ' data / informations in her cybernetic system but .... maybe she is, in fact, one cluster among thousand other ...

Well, you could say that if she's 'clustering' then the 'cluster' is in the core of her system or (as you said) she is herself the cluster. You know the secret of that question better than anyone else
