Though the official date of incarceration is unknown it is believed that inmate #000 has been here since close to the initial creation of this prison, rumored that he may be the reason it was created as well. Being of Dragon race it is hard to pinpoint #000's exact age but is believed to be a little over 100 given his young appearance. What files have been found on #000 state the reason for imprisonment point towards him taking many lives, one noted to be his former Martial Arts master. There is only one confiscated item that belongs "Zero", a segmented chain Lance. Prisoner #000 is suspected to be very skilled at fighting and protocol says he must be restrained and monitored at all times.
