Description
A Google Chrome skin based on John Egbert's Typheus web browser from MSPA (webcomic).Enjoy.
To install:
Unzip and drag the .crx file onto an open Chrome window.
To uninstall:
Go download the default chrome skin from Google's Chrome skin download page.

Mine definitely came first! Besides, a lot of people don't want to move away from their preferred software just for the novelty alone.
With that in mind, I'm going to have a hack at that browser I think. C# is my forte.

I'VE SPENT THE WHOLE DAY HOMESTUCKINGFYING MY MAC, FROM THE START UP SCREEN TO THE DESKTOP TO THE ICONS AND EVEN CHANGED THE NAMES OF ALL MY APPS TO SUIT THE PICTURE X3 AND NOW THIS TOPS IT ALL OFF NICELY.
but, the top bar isn't that clear, so i cant see the cool green design at the top and typheus's head ^_^;

Aaah! I tried using this but I guess it's too old cause Chrome updated?? The background isn't displaying right! Also I have a mac so the part in the corner gets covered by my x and hide buttons and it only says "heus" ;A; do you think you could make a new one, for mac even?? It's soo beauutifullll~

That is the case.
Until the folks over at that Chrome Skinning website stop being uptight morons and release their program for it again, instead of their crippled web app, it's unlikely i'll be able to fix this unless it make it by hand from XML or whatever Chrome uses for themes.

Download the file. It'll be a .zip archive, which is a storage file format.
Windows supports this format natively from Windows XP upwards, so you can just open this like a folder via a doubleclick. Drag the .crx file inside onto the desktop. This is a Chrome Theme file, and then drag this file onto an open Chrome window into the tab space, as if you were adding a new tab.
This will open it in Chrome and it will confirm if you want to install the skin. Hit yes and you're done.

If by not working you mean you can't install:

If by not working, you are referring to the inherent problems in this skin:

This is pretty awesome, but the image on the New Tab page appears to be broken. I don't know if it's just because I don't have any of my Most Viewed pages listed there to take up space or if it's just broken in general, but pieces of the worm, the windy things, and the words appear to be misaligned, shoved off the bottom of my screen, or just missing altogether.
Hopefully it's just my screen resolution messing with it, but I thought I should tell you.

First, make sure you unzipped the file into somewhere to begin with. You can't drag it from WinRAR, etc. It has to be a physical file.
Second, make sure you drag it into the tab bar at the top. That works.
