The character design hits the nail on the head, but to be honest, her chest seems a bit uneven and a little strangely drawn in accordance to her body. Just to point that out real quick.

Admittedly I'm probably one of the few people who likes the Domino High uniform, but I can see why so many people don't. And hey, there's plenty of fan art of girls rebelling against the Obelisk Blue uniform, so why not the other uniform as well?
Looking at Blair's expression and accessories she definitely wouldn't be a character I'd want to tell that they have to wear pink.
