This is a nice piece of work that really captures both the heart and setting of the image, you've really shown that you have a real gift for drawing captivating work and submerging yourself in the setting and story of the character extremely well. You've got a good eye when it comes to bring motion to the human body and with the way she naturally curves and twist you get a feel of life in her appearance, but what's more is how it presents her with a natural aura as though she has lived within that forest for years and knows just about every inch of land. She feels natural and that you could easily approach her, but know that could the time arise be quick on the attack should it occur.
Colouring is certainly another strong aspect here since the blending of hues and contrast of the lighting on her skin, hair and within the background is something that makes the work really feel alive. Your colouring just shows how quickly the right palette can make something either come to life or appear nothing more as a flat, un-animated concept. Your method of using selected tones hasn't failed your concept at all and really pushes it to feeling vivid and an expression of emotion.
