Two problems with your assertion.
First, did the 'anime girl' own the pose or did she copy a pose somebody else took
And secondly does his use of that pose in his work deprive the 'anime girl' of the ability to perform the pose?
Thirdly, was there an intention here to permanently deprive the 'anime girl' of the ability to perform the pose by drawing this?
If not then how is it stolen?
The act of theft requires a permanent deprivation of something owned with an intention to permanently deprive the owner of it...

lol really? he stole a pose that is in almost every anime and/or manga at least 5 times? and OF COURSE she was wearing school clothes, great way to pinpoint specifics.

What I was saying was sometimes it is esay to tell that you didn't come up with the pose yourself. What makes a drawing even better if you yourself come up with the pose, but not only that but if it is original. Oh and you should check out my drawing, Haunting Me, on my front page, it is a great example of an artist coming up with an original picture without coping from another. Also if you don't know I am currently in the process of getting my book published, and it will be unlike most popular teen-adult books, because it's going to have around sixty detailed pictures in it. Haven't you ever wondered why there are no pictures in teen-adult books? Well that's because the authors are the ones who have to supply the pictures, and most don't draw or think that they would atract attention. Also haven't you every read a book with a long chapter and just wanted to stop but couldn't find a place to? Well I have fixed that with my book, each chapter is divided in parts, with each part containing anywhere from 1-3 pictures. Since I am left to myself to draw all these pictures, it will most likely delay my book being published by at least three months. Hopefully it will be out by the end of the year or the beginning of the next.

May I ask you, what kind of pencils you use?
Detailed drawing survive the scan only very
scarcely - but if I use one that draws more distinct
line [e.g. a fineliner], then again it couldn't be considered
detailed anymore [shades are awfully difficult when using
anything but a simple pencil -.-]
Or do you just use a professional art scanner?

I am assuming this is pencils. I like how you do your work while watching TV. I am ADD and cannot concentrate on more than one thing. Oh well. Good work as always.
