This is an awesome picture. I like the colours, the poses, the facial expressions, the details (book-on-a-belt, drops of blood dripping from his fingers...), the tatoos...it's a VERY well done picture.
Just one thing....the way the guy is holding that strand of blond hair? It looks like a bit like it's coming from his arm-pit. ^_^

You have great blending and colour techniques but I am noticing that your anatomy is rather off (even for stylized anatomy) and I know this is a commission but I hope you can take this crtique and keep in mind for future illustrations:
1) Your male character's right leg in the front is much too disportionate compared to his left leg. It looks much skinnier and even broken as the knee sticks out way too much.
2) Same with your female character's leg, the one furthest back seems to get very tiny in the thigh (Now I do keep foreshortening in mind but the lower leg is actually the same size as the front leg.
3) Her extended arm should be longer and I could even recommend making her head a bit bigger.
4) You have a rather awkward tangent as the hand that's holding the girl's hair looks like its growing out of his armpit.
Other than that I love the colours and composition of the image. You just might need to brush up on your life drawing skills and your art will improve greatly.
