Sabrina Eventide is the egotistical and vain daughter of Starlight and Trixie. Her special talent is magic, with a specialisation in light magic, Ranging from pretty fireworks to deadly magic lasers. She is a graduate of Celestia's School for Gifted Unicorns, but still spends hours and hours studying and practicing magic. She is very jealous of Astrid's magical ability, and sees her as a rival.
Sabrina doesn't get along with very many ponies. She can be extremely snide and catty and has no problem with hurting others, if it benefits her. She wants to be a powerful unicorn, like her momma, and mama, and she will do anything to get what she wants. Starlight is very worried about the path that Sabrina is choosing to walk, but Trixie is more or less oblivious to Sabrina's malicious nature.

You’re welcome, but can you explain why not? Collars like those were typically worn by royals and nobility, so when I saw that she was vain and egotistical, I figured that she would want to wear one (because queens and stuff used to wear them and because it makes her look important).
