as i saw this in the inbox of my group, i thought first
ok...not bad, a girl, a bird, some butterfly's with a nice wave
but saw some better themes out there
but what really stunned me was the clarity of this work
you can see quite every hair strand of the woman and the feathers of the owl
no visible borders or other little mistakes...
(except that the shadow of the woman looks in the wrong direction
and that the leaf stock has been used twice e.deviantart.net/emoticons/w/w⦠" width="15" height="15" alt="
when you look trough the stocks and specially at the background, which is empty as original, and compare the originals and final work it is just "jaw dropping amazing" what people with the right tools

I wanted to say about the shadow a thing : in my photomanip( like in a photography) I have "used" more sources of light :the key light -( the light on the subject and the one that makes the shadow) and the back light is the sun - and is diffuse ( could not make hard shadows ) . If you look to the model nose you will see the shadow in the same way as the shadow of the girl is. I thought is important for me to say this couse I care a lot about lights in a photo/photomanip

Good quality stock has been combined together skilfully to create a beautiful scene, the warm earthy tones and soft lighting giving the piece a whimsical atmosphere. The wet and muddy ground is contrasted nicely with the dry and bright tree branches, and the swirls of light around the model add a touch of movement. The falling leaves and flying butterflies are fantastic additions, making the piece stand out.

I really like the eccentric climate and warm light. All the elements have been combined very precisely, with a good attention to the details. That makes the whole composition well mixed and adorable indeed.
