The weird creature on his shoulder is "Shit Pickle" (created by Mike Matei), who can be seen on the animated movie "Wizard of Oz 3: Dorothy Goes to Hell" and the review of "Master Chu and the Drunkard Hu" for Nintendo Entertainment System.
