Cover chapter from Hikaru no Go chapter 173, volume 21.We think this cover is funny, so we decided to scan it XD and... as usual, vector with Illustrator, color with Photoshop.

The anime has 77 episodes but concludes before the manga ends. There was also an special on TV that was about the last tournament (the Hokuto Cup i think) in the manga, where they play against China and Korea.
Ha, i loved that manga....I started to play Go too, unfortunately nobody else does in my place and netgo only can teach you so much....

hey how many volumes are there for hikaru no go i usually would like to know because i can't read one that goes on for really long time like bleach one peice or naruto thanks and cool comic!

There are 23 volumes of manga in Hikaru no Go, the last one was released in English in May 2011.
The anime has seventy something episodes, I believe. It does not cover the last part of the manga's storyline, though.
And I love this picture! It's so cute, my sister and I laughed so hard when we got to it. Nice job colouring!

Yashiro Kiyoharu. In the manga he's one of the Japanese players in the Japan-China-Korea Tournament for young pros. He isn't featured until the last few volumes, though!
