Roi woke up to a dim lit room. He looked over, confused. He soon realized he was in a bed, band aids covering him.
He peeled them off. No scars, thank chii. He left the doctor's office quietly to look outside. Roi remembered the terrible memories of the fight. He sat on a small lump of snow, overlooking the town. Roi's ears perked as footsteps approached. A large wing shielded him from the cold frozen raindrops. "You okay?" A warm voice said. "Yeah... I'm fine Temno." The small bipedal sat next to him. "You're getting big, aren't you?" Roi hadn't really noticed how much larger he'd gotten. "Ah, guess I am." A moment of silence passed by for a while. Roi nervously looked away, afraid that his eyes might be glossy. "So, tell me whats up. You're not fine" A voice spoke up. Temno stared, nervous. "Its just.. I'm still worried..." Roi muttered. "... It'll be fine, I'm sure Shale is okay, and you guys can stay with me for now until you find a safer house." Roi nodded and rested his chin on his knees. "Okay, I guess.." Roi finally noticed the scar. "I see you got a bad scar.." Temno jumped and nodded, "Y-yeah.. It's difficult to see out of that eye and the scar is terrible.." He muttered. Roi chuckled at the gro's uneasiness. ".. Who brought us here?" Roi tilted his head. "A few gro's that were out hiking. Thank chi.."
"Ah.. Okay."
