I don't have any pure blue decks. however blue is my second fav color in magic but only as a suport really. i have many black blue, green blue decks. my fav colors are Black, Blue and Green. white is alright i use to hate it for a while but it has gotten better. i use to like red but i hate red now. The reason why i made the blue ranger that way was dure to his tap 3 mana and make everthing unblockable.

it works for the rangers i guess, but i think it would be better a tap ability to search for another ranger.
