Description
A little bit of a different approach to what you generally see when Applejack & Rainbow Dash are in the same scene together.This illustration was generated in Adobe Illustrator by yours truly.

I had Dragon Ball Z fusion in my head when I made this. So as a very tiny homage to DBZ, I made the spikey anime style teeth often seen when anime characters grit their teeth.

Indeed it is. In my head i had a Dragon Ball Z-esque idea of fusion, so this i most likely why you get the slightly angry look and the sharp teeth. It does take away from the kindness these two ponies would normally show.

Is it intentional that her eyes are not in the style of the show? (I mean - no gradient, black outlines around white circles and highlights) It looks quite wierd this way. (I hope you don't mind constructive criticism)

Partly. The vector I used in creating her was originally done in all black. The what in which the eyes ever wonstructed makes for certain parts to not be able to have their color changed from black without other parts of the eye to change as well. So I have left the details outlined in black so not to just have random parts randomly black, or other eye parts randomly a color they should not be. So Yes on that.
As for the Gradient, there is indeed a gradient in her eye. From Dark to Light meeting at a solid white highlight, then a solid that is a lighter version of the color of her eyes. If you look closely you will notice that the top part of the eye, before the solid white highlight, is indeed a gradient from a dark blackish green to a far brighter and lighter green. The modifications and adjustments made to the gradient, along with the angle selected for the gradient gives it an appearance of being made in blocks of color. The dark green at the very top of the eye, had adjustments made to it as well causing its gradient to be very short and thus appear once again to just be a block of color.
I hope I have answered your question well enough, and I do appreciate the constructive criticism, and thank you for adding it to the Featured Gallery. That was quite Thoughtful.

There will possibly be a Scootaloo & Dashie Fusion in the future. Thinking about it, If Fluttershy Fused with Pinkie, it may even out, and just be a very normal pony super balanced, since they are such opposites.

Yeah, someone else in the comments mentioned Scootaloo & Dashie, so it is a possibility. I have seen some drawings of them fused together (the Mane 6), and they were just fusions of characters, not of personality. I think it was Twilight & Rarity, Applejack & Pinkie, and Dash & Fluttershy.
If I do fuse Fluttershy with any other pony, I will be sure to try and make it show off their characteristics as well since Fluttershy is so much calmer than any other pony, unless she is under the teachings of Iron Will again.
