Hi, One Of Woody's Friends, This Is Made From Gum Tree Pieces I Found On A Walk Along Our Road, The Head Was The Inspiration & I Have Never Found Another With Two Natural Eyes. Many People Have Asked Me To Make Another But So Far He Is A One Off. The Wings Are Fencing Wire & Fine Fuse Wire. He Is Suspended By A Large Coiled Wire From The Base & Two Rods To His Hands, So He Dances & Comes To Life In The Slightest Breeze...About 2 Foot Tall...
Approx 3 - 4 Hours Work...

Very cool. So, have you read any of the works of Charles de Lint? He actually has some characters that are sort of like this littel guy in at least one of his stories.

DD7(10) Those wings will look fantastic if you do some soap bubbles towards them so they get soap drapery on them, will vanish quick but you can take a photo with them.
