Okay, I made this from a long time ago, it's already the cursor I'm using
, I hope you like it...For real phans...and crazy ones too
I know it's not really a good cursor but I'm learnign how to do this so I promise I'll bring better cursors on future XD
I think you know that this isn't the real size of the cursor ¬¬ this is just the preview ^^

It is easy, just download a free software named AniTurner and it will guide you on everything .o.

That's not by using a program
On "Control panel" is an icon for "Mouse" and there you look for an option to change cursors by "adding file" or something like that
I use a XP software in spanish but I think that it works in the same way in english

You really don't need to post the same thing twice when they're so close together - only one cursor in between.
