I am finally done with this, cuz I luckily have a night of spare time to finish this
So I have been trying to draw background, but for now my skill level in drawing BG is not that satisfactory and I will try to even practice more to make it look better, but nuff said...
She is my OC, the rain-girl "Ame-chan" in a slightly different outfit, lets just say uniform over sweater/jacket design
And I guess hydrangeas are her favorite flower, yay another fact to add to her story

I should be. I'm in Savannah, Georgia and we are in a pocket of of the Southern US where you have to get a bank-shot of a hurricane to hit us. Now, we are going to get the cast off from the hurricane as it blows past, but I think we'll be ok.

yup. Eyes tell alot about the character. They can show things others might not know. Like even though someone smiles eyes can show
sadness and pain behind a fake smile.

Wow, I think the background you painted here looks stunning!
The blue flowers in the background look very much realistic and the way you blurred them out in the front really gives it a beautiful feeling but doesn't make the gaze stray from the center piece. You really have an eye for these things and I'm looking forward to watch you draw many more gorgeous sceneries like these in the future. *-* Everything seems perfect to me - the lighting, the rain effects, the overall mood.
