Moka Akashiya from Rosario + Vampire. Think school girl outfit with a green jacket, fangs like those, long pink hair, and a choker with a chain hanging from it with a cross at the end of the chain. That's outer moka. Inner moka is all that minus the cross, silver instead of pink hair, and red eyes with slit pupils. fun series. you should look it up.

Try eyeshield 21, k-on, mayo chiki, amagami ss, majikoi, mashiro iro symphony, dream eater merry, penguin drum, horizon in the middle of nowhere, infinite stratos, to-love-ru, Rosario +vampire season 1&2. That should keep you busy for a while. I like a good comedy, so my list is kind of long
