Hrm, since I've never used Picarto before, I don't really know, but you might be able to find something if they have documentation on it? That's so unhelpful orz. Did some kinda system update break it or something? I know you've got a lot of monitors going on.

I have no idea. I might just uninstall it and re install it. It keeps giving me some obscure windows error whenever i try streaming, then closes. Something to do with access permissions. I don't really know.
