To the comment above, it's suppose to be spelled "Mey-Rin." However, if you were to spell it in Japanese, it is spelled "Meirin." If you were to romanize the name, it will be known as Maylene. So either way, the names are correct and there is no right or wrong. I rest my case.

Ha ha, that's what I thought as well. Maylene fits the Victorian era more than Mey-Rin. I haven't sewn for a long time, so even knowing the basics will be a bit difficult for me. xD;

As ~Yami-Tsubasa-Ookami explained, her name can either be Mey-Rin, Meirin, or Maylene. I go by what her name should be in the manga, not the anime. You would understand why her name has so many versions if you were able to read katakana.
