You'll get a .psd file and a (I think) MS paint friendly .jpg file..psd base includes group layers for wings, body, eye, and horn, each with a basecolor, shading, and linework layer.
.jpg base includes wings and horn with no shading. (sorry)

where can you see how much points you have? or do u need to be core?

you can see at the top where is writen "Points" when you mouse be there, you will not need to click, because another 'tab' will open showing some options, and one of these options are your points
