Description
I was inspired to do a tutorial/take some notes on drawing cats in profile. I need to start doing something similar to this as a method of studying anatomy, it seems like it would be helpful x3Also apologies if you can't read my handwriting. I have a really difficult time writing in print, and cursive is overall easier for me. (Blame mild dysgraphia for that one, pfft)
EDIT: This is an illustration showing the skeleton of a cat, which should further help you to understand the chest/shoulder thing I was talking about.
here are the stock images I used:

this is such a helpful tutorial ^^
it's so helpful when drawing cats to try breaking down the basic shapes. their foreheads can be the hardest part since they look very long in profile, but are shorter from the front >.<

definitely! just about any subject matter is manageable once you reduce it to basic shapes. But yeah, cats can be kind of a pain, especially if you're used to drawing dogs.
