There is no secret about the fact i love GNG and GDW. It is hard to pick just one favorite dog but Riki is the most bada** of them all. I also like Kyoshiro. What is your favorite dogs from this anime/manga?

I tried to get hold of real copy but it is darn near impossible. I am hoping for a re-release of the manga. I never owned a manga collection but this is the one i would want.

Yeah I know those are really hard to find : ( same ! I also wanted to get one of the plushes (these: images-wixmp-ed30a86b8c4ca8877… -not the ugly big headed ones-) but they are hard to get outside of Finland (and impossible to ship in my country because of damn laws : ((((()

Yes is is a difficult thing to do and the materials cost a lot and it takes time so in is in her right.

Yeah it is a little hard to pick just one but I love Chibi (who later was named Tesshin in GDW) and I love the Iga /Koga dogs.

daaaw thanks. I like his style but never really nailed it, I used only two models for it: front-facing and to the side and then just drew the characters around the two bases with some changes or else they would look very different and vary too much in style.

I know XD. It is the movie that got me into art for real and still to this day is my favorite movie.
My first ever fave was Land Before Time (the first one.
Then came The Lion King
and then came Balto. I was already a junkie to jack London books Call of the wild and white fang and I always loved dogs and wolves so it was like the movie was made for me XD.

Ahh indeed it has some things in common with White Fang. This book is one of the first "big" books I read as a child and it's still one of my very favorite books today and probably the one I've re-read the most

Same with me for Call of the Wild. I think i can quote the Swedish version by heart XD. I always though the fight-scene between Steele and Balto was inspired by the fight between Buck and Spitz.
