Description
This is the last part of the three part picture featuring three of Batman's villians. The book that the Riddler is trying to figure out is a bunch of pre-school puzzles. And he can't figure it out because he's gotten stupid. Yes, I know it's odd.DISCLAIMER: "Batman the Animated Series" is owned by Warner Brothers, and is based upon Batman which was created by Bob Kane.

There is currently an art contest featuring members of the Legion of Doom underway at a website I go to quite often. The deadline is April 5, 2006 and I would really like you to consider putting this picture into the contest!
(The legion of Doom was like the Secret Society of Villains in the ‘70’s in case you didn’t know.)

I don't know if they would except it considering the fact that this Riddler is based on the "Batman the Animated Series" version, and not the version found in the '70's show. Still I might think about it.
