Rukia informs Ichigo of "some blue spined creature" roaming the city, and he has to take care of it.
Sonic is not in a mood to fight so I decides to evade the Shinigami Substitute, but can't shake him off. Sonic comes across Shadow and asks for assistance, but Shadow ain't having any of this today, thus he uses Chaos Control to teleport Sonic and Ichigo to another location...which turns out to be Soul Society. Being new to the place, Sonic feels like exploring the place, rejecting Ichigo again. But Ichigo's patience is running out...
