YESSSSSSSSSS VIDEO FINALLY UPLOADED!!! I was on livestream for quite sometime yesterday and most of this morning working on Sailor Venus Portrait I drew back in October. Been meaning to share videos without havign to upload to youtube cause I hate it DX Only upload recaps to facebook. For ages I have been meaning to convert video files to upload to DA but it is always a pain in my arse to submit even the most simple video even in SWF format!!! UGH!!! Once I understand a few more thing the videos will be a bit more nicer with better intros xD Btw I am not sure about audio being added to the videos if I give full source credit is it ok to use it on videos? If not that is fine I got some flash music that is free so I will most likely replace this file with the other free music just incase.

what do you use to draw? it looks like SAI...I wish I could use SAI...anytime I try, it only opens once and then my computer won't recognize it again so after three failed attempts to reinstall it..i gave up :C

Yep SAI is what I used and Photoshop to do some tweaks
Hmm did you pay for the full version or trial cause once the trial is up you have to pay to get the full installation and its a few more steps until you can get it to full version.
If you get the full version you can PM me and I cam give you directions to install it properly so you wont have issues
Another thing it could be that your SAI file hasn't been set to where the files open in SAI, this would require you to right click the .sai file and
select 'open with' and see if that works. If it does well have to set the .sai files to open only in SAI.

I love this artwork; I got the idea of watching the male version of this on Youtube and putting at the same time with this female original version of Route Venus. It worked... and sounded okay, actually. The harmony way off, but other than that, it was.. fine.

I really enjoyed watching it, I really love how you did the textured(?) shading, so that Venus kinda blends in with the background, really lovely work!

Yeah the first thing I do before basic shading is the textured BG shadows cause that determines where the darker forms of her clothing folds should start.
Normally on the laser disc sets, their skin and clothing is not shaded and the textured BG represents their shadows but my artwork looked funkey that way
so I still plan on making a second video of me shading the minor areas that are left to do
