I tried coloring hair realistically and this was the result XD I also tried not using lineart. I just want to experiment and hopefully, I could apply these 2 techniques using Paint SAI (I'm still a beginner in this program) in the future
hmmm.... looks like I forgot how to shade but oh well! XD So, leave your comments. I want to know what you guys think (just don't be too harsh, okay?) XD

Its not easy to work with straight colors without line art, but it can be very rewarding once you get the hang of it!

Yes, it wasn't easy because I have to make sure that the colors look naturally "mixed" (hahaha!! I can't think of a right word XD)

Oh nice! I agree the mane does look more realistic especially if compared to colouring it normally.For me,I would often shade the manes which is why sometime,if you look closely,you can see subtle dark parts on the mane ^^
