For me its easy. If you look closely enough, Starlight's hair colors are a bit duller and her skin is lighter than Aria's. Aria's hair color and skin color are only a bit more lighter and darker than Starlight's. But, I can still understand the issue of not being able to differentiate the 2 of them.
