Oh look, another green/"butterfly" dragon xD. And yes, the top side of his wings are suppose to be a duller grey (kind of like how a butterfly's wings are dull on one side and bright on the other)Despite the derpy tail (he looks like he's standing on it Β too -.-), and derpy flowers, I'm pretty happy with this

Well, I used a micron pen for the black lines, Koh-i-noor colored fine markers for the flower lines, and a combination of Koh-i-noor and crayola colored pencils for the coloring.
