This is beautiful, I love how alive the eyes look.  The expression is also spot on, especially that uncertain little ear tilt.

If you are looking for a little bit of critique, I'd only say that the feet look a bit under detailed compared to the rest of the drawing (particularly the hind foot facing us.)  Since it's of course further from the viewer than the cat's body is it should be less detailed than that is, but I think just a touch more detail would make it 'fit' better with the rest of the drawing.
