My very first KIM POSSIBLE OC. After my failed attempt of doing an MLP OC, I hope this one works.

BIO: The supervillainess known as the Simian Witch (her real name being Silvia Winterfields). Silvia was born in a distant family branch of Toshimu, the original wielder of Mystical Monkey Power, only her family's side only used the MMP for evil purposes through their inherited 'simian witchcraft', which is passed down to every family member.
Initially unaware of her heritage as a simian witch, Silvia grew up with an interest in magic tricks (a small talent she inherited marvelously) and all things simians, which led her to be a passionate fan of Lord Monty Fiske's archaeology work and even got to meet him and obtain his autograph during a book signature convention when she was a pre-teen. When she turned sixteen, Silvia became a CIT (Counselor In Training) at one of the nearby camps at Lake Wannaweep and was one of the rare people to be nice to Ron Stoppable (who was eight to ten-years-old back then) until he developed his monkey phobia, which caused Silvia to grow an unusual hatred towards the boy and got arrested by Global Justice when she tried to drown Ron in the lake using her powers. Despite her family's attempts to bail her out, Silvia remained as the sole prisoner of a hidden asylum where Global Justice did experiments on her in order to weaponize her powers. She spent four to six years in there until her grandfather used his simian witchcraft to break her out after a fire came out of nowhere and destroyed the Winterfields Estate and all of its inhabitants, leaving Silvia and her grandfather as the only remaining Simian Witches and Mystical Monkey Power wielders of the family. He used what was left of his life to train his granddaughter into the magical arts of the family until she became a fully pledged Simian Witch and he died.

Using her powers, the Simian Witch became an eventual global threat and obtained quite a reputation among the villainous community (even though some have mistaken her for Shego). One evening, while breaking into a museum in Senegal and attempting to steal a monkey idol, she ran into Team Possible while they were dealing with Monkey Fist on the same day and place. Ron instantly recognized the Simian Witch as his old CIT Silvia right before the sorceress managed to single-handedly defeat Kim and start strangling Ron to death. Ron managed to get away and the Simian Witch chased him, causing her to accidentally bump into Monkey Fist and the two to remember meeting one another at the convention years ago. Seeing her potential and the traits she shared with him, Monkey Fist offered the Simian Witch to join him in his quest of world domination and becoming the Ultimate Monkey Master. She didn't hesitate and has served as his second-in-command and partner in crime. Unlike Shego with Drakken, the Simian Witch completely respects Monkey Fist and does whatever he orders her to do. After working together for quite some time, they've begun to see their deepest similarities and became a couple.
