Description
So... I drew about 98% of this image. I will probably never do anything like this again... xD.So this is a contest entry. You had to use their skribble and come up with an image. I only used the fonts/brushes that came with GIMP, and I created all the textures. I didn't reference any picture in particular, but I did surf Google glancing at various pictures under "swimming dog".

I was thinking about a name with a P, but Ruffles is cute too.
I have no plans at the current moment to ever draw anything like this again. It was pure dumb luck that I managed to pull this off. Maybe....maybe with bribes I might, but it's unlikely.
