makoto and chiaki from Toki wo Kakeru Shoujo.tokikake fanart!! XD "the girl who leapt through time" is my absolute all-time favourite movie. i love it!
this is one of those ideas which i've had for a very long time but never managed to put it on paper. i had a very clear idea of what i wanted, but as usual, it never turns out that way. still, i'm very happy with how it turned out, though for quite a while during painting (especially the background), i was very unhappy with it.
it's odd how sometimes you can be absolutely devastated with how it's looking in-progress but when it's finished, it turns out okay! haha!
-watercolour on 300gsm paper.
-3 days, on and off. (1 day sketching, 2 days painting- background and foreground)
