Fantastic! Looks like a very viable concept. There could well be a certain optimum ratio where part of the lift is from ducted fans and part from the "balloons". The only suggestion I'd like to make is to either make the landing platform more enclosed (so personnel can service the drones without falling off) or open the sides up a bit so the drones could land and take off more sideways. Or, you could combine those two things and have sort of runway on the platform.
In any case - very clever!
