It's not stealing though.. ^^ When somebody makes a base, it is recoloring a base thing over a picture, and they post it so other people can use it to draw, like, say if they can't draw so well or if they can draw really good, but if they're just lazy like me And then in the description they credit the rightful owner for the original picture.

If they cant draw well then they should try to open an anatomy book and learn something instead of recolouring something they did not draw themselves.
