FULL VIEW PLEASE!*flop* A usual, the background fought me the entire way, but I got there in the end! I still need to work on my lighting for night scenes, though...
I was asked to draw a Disney Princess-esque character in the dress that the commissioner's friend wore at her wedding, with a snowy/Christmassy sort of background since that is the time of year she got married.
THIS IS NOT A DISNEY PRINCESS OR ANY OTHER SPECIFIC CHARACTER - SHE IS BASED LOOSELY ON THE APPEARANCE OF THE COMMISSIONER'S FRIEND, AND ANY RESEMBLANCE TO ANOTHER CHARACTER IS PURELY COINCIDENTAL.
We're going to ignore the fact that the snow makes no sense due to the lack of sufficient cloud-cover, mmkay?

Beautiful drawing! The style you used really captures the "Disney" style whimsy, even though you said you weren't trying to make her a specific character.
Out of curiosity, what software did you use for this? I'm looking for a kind to practice with, and yours looks exceptional (sorry for turning into a dictionary, there).

Thank you very much! For this one I'm pretty sure I used Photoshop (either CS3 or 4) and SAI (for the clouds). No worries about the questions - let me know if you have any more!

It looks very elaborate, as well as the window, curtains and sky in the background. And I love the way you draw hair. It's really cool.
