Ooh I love it, it's a lovely idea and I've never thought of/seen rainbow on eyes before!
I do my makeup in similar ways as well, but usually I just do 1-4 colors, along with black eyeliner and mascara.
I have colored mascara and eyeliner, but the mascara doesn't go on like black for some reason, and I always think black eyeliner looks best.

Yeah I just buy whatever as long as it looks cool... lol most of my makeup is from Walmart.
I like Mac and Sephora and stuff but I don't live near the stores.
