Yes it's definitely the best Godzilla movie apart from the original. Really a perfect movie. I know a lot of American audiences didn't quite get the satire with all the meetings but it was just great.

That's really amazing. The detail in the dragon like hide is really nice. And i just love how you depict the sheer length of the monster and having it sort of fade out the the hazy fog of the background. Really nice stuff

I'm a huge Godzilla fan, and this is just awesome. And the dragon Big G's fighting reminds me of Manda for some reason.

I have finally come up with a name for the lake serpent folks, shoutout to fellow Godzilla in Chicago artist Erickzilla for coming up with it, "Daizazu", referring in part to both it's size and reverance by the Native American tribes of the Great Lakes regins.

I'd like to think of this lake serpent as a relative or cousin to Manda in my own headcanon. Being this is adapted from a musical composition, no actual name was given to the lake serpent officially from either the composer Michiru Oshima or John DeSentis. Crescendo might not be a bad name for the lake serpent, it would go well with the music it's adapted from.

I know Greg has said to people that it's definitely not Manda. I like to think of it as a close relative that's adapted to the Great Lakes.

This lake serpent kaiju is based off of legends and myths on such creatures from the Native Americans that date back to centuries. That video link in the description was taken at the Kaiju Crescendo concert where this musical piece had it's world premiere, where you can listen to the actual music and also get the full story from Erik Homenick. I was in attendance at that concert and also helped to back it on Kickstarter.

Yes leviathan is in the monsterverse and it’s one of the unseen Kaiju or titans whose names appeared in the screen monitors. Plus it’s also based on the Loch Ness monster lol

I actually thought it was Leviathan (Nessie) too. Though i'm totally biased because i'm Scottish and want to see Nessie in a Godzilla film lol
