Unaware of Cosmo in danger, Tails was wondering where Cosmo was. Tails was outside his house, looking around for Cosmo, but she was nowhere to be seen. Tails soon found out he wasn't alone."Hey, Tails, little bro," Sonic said, and Tails paid attention to him.
"You lookin' for Cosmo?" Sonic asked.
"Yeah; you got an idea on where Cosmo might be?" Tails asked.
"I saw her walk, a little nervously, maybe to the cliff above the ocean. I've also been looking for the Blue Chaos Emerald, but I can't find it." Sonic explained.
"Maybe Cosmo went to find the Blue-" Tails then stopped himself, with his thoughts. That's when it hit him.
"Cosmo must be looking for the Emerald, in the ocean!" Tails suddenly panicked.
"Whoa, dude! Calm down!" Sonic said, and then suggested, "How 'bout you go find her, and I'll look other places in case she decided to go look somewhere else."
"Kay, Sonic," Tails insisted, impulsive.
Sonic and Tails then separated, running. Tails propelled his tails to make himself go faster. His adrenalin was racing like Sonic, and Tails' sweat smothered Tails' long bangs.
When Tails got to the cliff, no one was at the edge, but then, Tails looked below, and he could clearly see that something was struggling under the water. A blue light then glowed bright, like a star. He knew who it was; Cosmo.
Tails then jumped.
He dove right into the water, and went right into action, paying eye contact to the struggling Cosmo.
"Hang in there, Cosmo. I'm coming." Tails thought as he swam closer to her.
