Name Origin:
From "pop-up ad", an advertisement that pops up while browsing specific websites, which is usually unwanted and bothersome.

Primary function: Computer compromiser.
Designed to hack computers and plague them with pop-ups and malware, rendering them unusable.

Abilities:
-294 is a master hacker with extensive knowledge of computers of all types, and their weaknesses.
-The pockets on his scarf contain flash drives and devices that contain software and malware he can use to ruin computers as well.
-His yellow spines give off wi-fi signals.

Other:
-Browsing the internet is 294's main hobby.
-294 is rather shy. Nobody knows he can speak English because he never says anything.

One True Place:
Works as a computer technician/provides wi-fi for the local cafe.
