Name Origin:
Named for his function.

Primary function: Cross-dimensional havoc.
Designed to wreak havoc across different dimensions.

Abilities:
The energy that forms 299's arms can tear into the fabric of time and space. He uses these temporary gashes to enter and exit different dimensions.
He is also able to fly, and is very fast.

Other:
299 was Jumba's most expensive experiment to make; most of the funds for 299's creation was spent on the technology used to create his dimension-based abilities.

One True Place:
As a tour guide, giving people tours of different dimensions.
