I liked how you blended Boom Sonic (blue arms) with Moden Sonic. It makes him look more straight edge, more disciplined. Heh, it kinda makes me picture him wearing a blue long-sleeved shirt. XD Cool work!

Well, you got his face and quills down quite well. The body needs work though. I see you gave his torso a good male shape (the upside-down triangle with no booty) and I do like your quill style. Very flowy. However, I think the pelvis needs work, as it looks like his legs are kinda fused to his sides rather than coming out of the pelvis. It could be the angle though. Also, it looks like his right hand kinda disappeared, when it should show more behind his leg. Try looking at some tutorials on how to draw male Sonic characters - there are lots of neat ones on this site.
Also, for his belly, try making the patch a little flatter at the bottom. It looks like you used the benzier tool to ink the outlines - it's a great tool to use, but you've got to use it carefully. Try toning down the smoothing a little for that. I really like the outlines for the face and nose though - very smoothly done!

You're welcome! It can be tricky to do legs, but check out the 'male sonic characters tutorial' because it can be very helpful. You'll not only learn how to draw Sonic and Tails, but also reptiles like Vector.
