Batman x Reader

"Bruce, do you mind if I come over tonight and work on the project at your house?" (Y/n) asked the man as they walked side by side down the hallway of Wayne Enterprises.

He nodded, smiling down at her. "Of course you can. I told you, you're welcome when you like."

(Y/n) smiled softly at him. "I know. I just think it's nicer to ask you before I just come over."

"You come over so often that I think you could just come over. Alfred knows to have tea ready for you; an earl grey tea with two teaspoons of sugar and no milk. I know that you'll work until the project is halfway done, then you'll bother me because you want to take a break." Bruce laughed as they walked into his office.

She sighed and sat down in the chairs by his desk, relaxing as she listening to him type on the keyboard. "I think I'm going to head out. I'm going to stop by my house and grab some things before I go over to your place."

Bruce looked outside, seeing how dark it was. "Alright. Just be careful. Call me if anything happens."

(Y/n) smiled and stood up. "I'll be fine. You don't have to worry." She told him before leaving his office; soon after leaving the building.

"Look who we have here. A pretty lady leaving Wayne Enterprise. How would you like to come back with us?." A rough voice asked as he looked at two other men who stepped out around the girl.

She blinked and tried to back away from the larger men. "No thank you. N-Now, I'll be on my way."

As soon as she moved to step away, one of the men walked in front of her and shook his head. "I think you'll have a better time with us." He grumbled, quickly grabbing the girl and throwing her over his shoulder.

"You're all monsters!" She screamed as they threw her into a car, tying her hands back as they drove off. "Where are you even taking me?"

"Ugh, they never shut up!" The man huffed as he stepped on the gas and started to drive away from the building. "Why did we have to grab her?"

The man in the passengers seat looked back at (Y/n) and smirked. "Because Harley said this is what she wanted."

(Y/n) froze, holding back tears. "Harley? W-What does she want me for?"

"Who the hell knows. She didn't say." He told her as they pulled up to a building; grabbing (Y/n) and walking inside with her.

It was all dark until someone turned on the lights. The place looked like crap. "Oh good, you found someone!" And there stood Harley Quinn with a huge smile on her face, walking over to the men. "She's pretty too!"

"Please don't hurt me." (Y/n) cried out, looking at the girl.

"We're not gonna hurt ya! Mr.J was looking for someone to draw Bats in and I had my boys wait out and grab the first person they found! That person just so happened to be you." Harley smirked. "Now we just call B-Man and once he hears you crying for help, he'll come and BAM!" She laughed, going over and grabbing a phone.

(Y/n) flinched as Harley held the phone up to her face, waiting as she heard it ring. "H-Hello? Is anyone there? Help me, please!" She was crying harder, looking up at Harley. "Batman, please!" The other line of the phone went dead.

Harley smiled, grabbing a gun and holding it tightly in her hand. "Now, Joker said he wanted me to just hurt him. He says he wanted to kill him himself. It would be so easy for me to just kill 'em now too!"

There was a loud bang, and Batman himself crashed through the building. "Harley. Let her go."

"Oh, she's all yours B-Man. What I really wanted, was you." Harley chuckled, holding up the gun. "Nighty-Night Batman!" She yelled, firing a shot at him.

Batman was able to move away from the fire, swooping over and knocking Harley back in no time. "I'm too smart for you Harley." He said, tying her hands behind her back and then doing the same with her legs.

"Batman! Watch out!" (Y/n) yelled as the men who had brought her in went to go after him.

It was a flash, but Batman got them all; looking back down at her once he was done. "Are you alright?" He asked as he helped her up.

(Y/n) nodded, tears spilling out of her eyes. "Y-Yeah. I'm okay."

"Where were you going when they got you?" He asked her.

"I-I was going to Bruce Wayne's house. They saw me come out of the building and grabbed me." (Y/n) sniffled, rubbing her eyes. "But I should be okay to walk back."

He nodded. "I'll keep an eye on you and make sure you get there."

She smiled up at him. "Thank you. I mean, I know this is your job and all, but really. Thank you."

Batman smiled, leaning down and giving her a kiss before he pulled away and went back into the night sky.

(Y/n) blushed brightly, already starting to walk as she looked for Hero. "Wait till I tell Bruce."
