You're being too meticulous. This sort of font is characteristic of Emlan, often choosing legibility over aesthetics, and it works just fine. Changing it would be dull and inconsistent. The all-caps font reasserts that font choice was never and should never have been a priority in the first place. It basically states "who gives a sh*t?" which I think, adds more humor.
